This is a food blog. But I love hats as much as I love food. So bear with me. Found this photo of a stunning cloche on Flickr a few months ago. I've taken the photo around to nearly every hat millinery in the city and no one can figure out who the designer is. It is driving me crazy.

I think. If I can't locate the millinery soon, I am tempted to have a custom version made, perhaps black with grey silk. I'd trade in a few good meals for one magnificent cloche. Sometimes. Some things are worth the investment ^_^

On another note, met Jess for a cup of hot Ovaltine at Spot earlier this afternoon. Rainy Sunday. Takeout for dinner: Grand Sichuan hot & sour cellophane noodles, and from Panya - a hot matcha latte and a slice of strawberry shortcake. Maybe in 2010 I will attempt to eat healthier. So excited to leave for Hawai'i in two days!
